Now getting back to "Where is August?" I was going through my journal to find anything interesting to put here from August's past...and I discovered that August is a very dry month for literary musings! I did find however that on August 18th 2009, Doug had just gotten home from Japan where for his Junior year at UCLA he got to spend a month in Japan. He rode in helicopters and climbed Mt. Fuji and just had a bang up time! I do believe it is OK to live vicariously through the lives of our children...no?
Thanks to my buddy Todd Coston ...THE I.T. guy extraordinaire..., I now figured out how to navigate on this portion of my blog! You rock Todd!

AuthorI have been keeping a journal since October 20th 1999. I was inspired to do so by the late philosopher James Rohn. I wish I could say that it was a "daily" journal...but I have skipped entire "years" let alone days! I plan to dip into the old journal for some of my favorite "musings" and then continue those thought calisthenics here in my "MUSINGS" category. Thanks for reading and hope you enjoy! Archives
